About Blue Ray USA

From aviation logistics to green infrastructure.

Our story

Established in New York in 2007

Blue Ray USA Inc was established in 2007 in New York as a worldwide logistics organisation, giving full support to U.S.-made legacy defence platforms, including aircraft, helicopters and their engines. From the supply of spare parts to repair, redesign and overhaul management, the company built a reputation as an “aggregate solutions” provider for post-retail logistics.

In 2009 the company and its partner Hayward Global Group LLC, USA, were recognised by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as an MRO based in South Florida. Through a joint venture with Urmi Overseas Ltd, “UOL-Blue Ray USA Inc”, the business expanded in Bangladesh and overseas.

That foundation in precision supply and project management grew into what we do today: implementing innovative renewable and green energy technology, with the funding attached. Through associated funding and technology companies, we take projects in power, water, health, agriculture and urban infrastructure from feasibility to commissioning.
